  • Reception and Mailing Services

    When the post arrives we will sort through and find your post placing it in your tray, where you can come and collect it at your own convenience.

    Small parcels that come in the post will be put in your tray.


    Larger parcels that come in the post, will be put on top of the post trays.


    Parcels that are delivered by a courier, will be placed behind Reception Desk, unless too heavy, where they will be placed just in front of Reception Desk. We will phone or email you to let you know a parcel has arrived.


    Our staff can take messages for you when you are not there and forward them to you when you return.
